All time is billed via the support ticket department and therefor you require administrator access in order to contract for time payments. This require that you complete the 4 day course on time&task manager, CRM and support tickets.
You cannot bill Instant Web for time which is not charged to a client or any person, including the company, personnel, directors, contractors and so forth.
