When someone purchases from our site via your link, the sales channel sends you you also can login to your sales panel to check your sales, traffic, income, etc.
You also receive a monthly statement from us detailing your performance and the money owed to you.
These are the steps to follow if you want to request payment for income you derived from income, commissions and so forth:
- Login to your account: https://instantbilling.co.za/clientarea.php and then use the main menu dropdown > My Income
- Click on Request Withdrawal. An support ticket is opened to request your funds to be transferred to a nominated account by you.
- Go to My Tickets > look for the withdrawal ticket, and submit the bank details together with your invoice for the exact amount requested, VAT included if you are registered for VAT.
- It take normally 3-4 working days if you bank at another bank other than FNB. FNB bank transfers normally take the same day if you have no outstanding invoices with Instant Web.
Keep in mind that when you request a withdrawal from your account, any invoices outstanding with Instant Web will be settled first by the amount required to settle your invoices. The required amount will be credited to your account and the invoices settled with the credit available.
