Service changes between uncapped business and uncapped mobile is restricted to every 3 months
This service will only function between Midnight and 7pm daily. Between 7pm and Midnight, there will be no data throughput.
Users can also Topup their Uncapped service. These Topups are not speed limited and will run at the best speed possible.
All Topup Data trumps any other data threshold and will be used first (and depleted) before returning to the current bandwidth threshold.
Topups on Business Uncapped will be able to be used between 7pm and Midnight but will continue to be used if there is still unused data until it’s depleted before it moves back to the current threshold.

This product is for the support fanatics who want to get support when they request it. The monthly subscription provide 1 hour of support per month that accumulates indefinitely.
Monthly internet support cannot be used for development, design, coding, installations, domain dispute resolutions or legal processes.
Monthly internet support can be converted to Development or Installation hours if the time exceeds the Development or Installation hour fee. An example is: You accumulated 3 hours (e.g. 3 months) of unused support hour that will result in 1 Development hour of R890.
No refunds on accumulated hours at all.
