Monthly internet support cannot be used for development, design, coding, installations, domain dispute resolutions or legal processes.

Monthly internet support can be converted to Development or Installation hours if the time exceeds the Development or Installation hour fee. An example is: You accumulated 3 hours (e.g. 3 months) of unused support hour that will result in 1 Development hour of R890.
No refunds on accumulated hours at all.
