Creating an email account using my Instant Web account. Print

  1. Login into your Instant Web account
  2. Click on My Products / Services using the link on the landing page or on the menu > My Products or using this link: My Products
  3. Click on the link VIEW DETAILS on the line of the hosting account you want to add an email account
  4. Browse down the page and click on emails
  5. Insert the name of the email recipient and a password
  6. It is recommended that you make the size of the email account box 50MB in order to save bandwidth usage on your website. Too many too large email accounts will cost you money and run your website space to 0 very quickly
  7. Click on create email account
  8. Done, now you have to setup the email account in your email provider software like microsoft outlook, outlook express, etc. or use your webmail account, e.g. yourname@yourwebsite.co.za/webmail
