    1. Login to your Dashboard with Instant Billing: https://instantbilling.co.za/clientarea.php
    2. Login to Instant Billing
    3. Login to Instant Billing
    4. For advanced users can use the direct link: https://yourdomainname.co.za/cpanel or https://yourdomainname.co.za:2083 
    5. Click on the services icon
    6. Click on Services
    7. Select the Hosting Package and click on the active button to access all of the options relating to your hosting account
    8. Click on the active button to access more options
    9. Click on the icon backup or on login to cPanel
    10. Login to cPanel
    11. Locate and click on the "Backup Wizard" icon within the "Files" category. Click on the "Backup" button.
    12. Click on cPanel Backups
    13. The quickest option is to select and download latest backup. If you have a shopping cart with interactive users and sales it is advised to first make a full backup and then download the full backup 2 hours before you work on your website or when upgrades happen.
      • Full - Backs up everything on the server for your account.
      • Partial - Backs up only selected objects. Partial backup files can be restored via the cPanel interface.
    14. Download latest backup
