Important upgrade maintenance on the RAIN networks

We would like to inform you that our engineers will be performing important Rain network maintenance on Monday 30 July 2018 between 6am - 10am.
During this time, your clients will experience a brief loss in connectivity. Once maintenance on all of your clients has been completed, we will send you an SMS.
Please communicate to your clients that by simply rebooting their devices after waiting a few minutes after loss of connectivity that a connection will be re-established.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
